At infomedia d.o.o., which represents the Owify brand, we respect your privacy and in accordance with regulations (Personal Data Protection Act ZVOP-1, (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07), Electronic Communications Act ZEKom-1, Official list RS, No. 109/12, 110/13, 40/14 – ZIN-B, 54/14 – US decisions, 81/15 and 40/17) and EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) on the website www.owify.com hereinafter referred to as the website) and in the Owify application (hereinafter referred to as the application) we carry out all activities for the protection and ethical handling of your personal data, as set out below in this policy.
The meaning of the terms
The owner and operator of the website and application is the company Infomedia d.o.o.
Infomedia d.o.o. with regard to personal data on the website and in the application, acts either as a controller or as a contractual processor, as explained in more detail below in this policy.
A visitor or user of a website is any person who visits the website.
An individual is a natural person whose personal data is processed on a website or in an application.
Individuals within the meaning of this policy are:
- subscribers to the application if they are natural persons;
- contact persons or registered users of the application with subscribers who are legal entities;

In the cases referred to in the first five indents, Infomedia d.o.o. acts as an operator, and in the cases referred to in the above fifth indent, Infomedia d.o.o. acts as a contractual processor.
What personal data we process
About website visitors
Company, name, email address and phone, date and time of receipt of data.
We process data only if the visitor of the website enters it in the contact form or subscribes to receive e-news.
About subscribers to the application or contact persons of subscribers
Company, name, e-mail address and telephone number, date of concluding and terminating the subscription contract, possible communication between Infomedia d.o.o. and the subscriber or contact person of the subscriber, data on possible complaints or requests, data on the use of the application (dates and times of registration and deregistration in and out of the application), the number of licenses for the use of the application.
About test application users
Company, name, e-mail address and telephone number, date of start of use and date of termination of use of the application, date of conclusion of the subscription contract (if any), possible communication between Infomedia d.o.o. and the client or the contact person of the client, information on any complaints or claims.
About registered for events
Company, name, email address and phone number, event the individual signed up for, whether or not they attended the event
About physical persons whose data are entered into the application by subscribers or test users of the application
Infomedia d.o.o. as a contractual processor in the food application and allows subscribers and test users of the application to enter, modify and delete data. Infomedia d.o.o. it has no influence on what and what data subscribers and test users enter into the application. Given that the application is by its nature a calling CRM system, the typical data entered into the application are names and surnames and contact details of customers, potential customers (leads) or their contact persons.

Application test users
Creating a user account and enabling the use of the application; communication with the client; statistical monitoring of the use of the application with the aim of its improvement and upgrades.
Registered for events
Event organization; communication regarding participation; monitoring participation; checking the satisfaction of participants; sending presentations and other event-related materials.
Physical persons whose data are entered into the application by subscribers or test users of the application
Implementation of the subscription contract by providing the possibility for subscribers to process personal data in the application for their own purposes. It also includes access to personal data by Infomedia d.o.o., when this is necessary at the express request of the client for the purpose of providing assistance and support services.
Infomedia d.o.o. in relation to this personal data, acts as a contractual processor and the client as a controller, which means that the purposes of personal data processing are determined by the client.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data depends on which personal data or category of individuals it is. Details are given below.
Website visitors
Communication via the contact form: pre-contractual relationship (where the individual is interested in concluding a subscription contract) (1. (b) paragraph of Article 6 of the GDPR); legitimate interest Infomedia d.o.o. (in the case of other types of communication) (1. (f) paragraph of Article 6 of the GDPR).

Statistical monitoring of the use of the application for the purpose of its improvement and upgrades: legitimate interest of Infomedia d.o.o. (1. (f) paragraph 6 of the GDPR).
Application test users

The legal basis is the concluded subscription contract between Infomedia d.o.o. and subscribers who enter personal data of individuals into the application (Article 28 GDPR).
Term of retention of personal data
The personal data provided will only be stored and used for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were processed. After fulfilling the purpose of processing, we will delete your personal data. blocked access to them.
You may request that we stop using your personal information for direct marketing purposes. In this case, we will properly prevent the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing within 30 days and will inform you about it.

The storage time is determined by the client and Infomedia d.o.o. it has no effect on him.
After the termination of the use of the application by the client Infomedia d.o.o. all data entered into the application by this subscriber are exported and sent to the subscriber, and then deleted from the application efficiently and permanently. If the client has not settled all obligations to Infomedia d.o.o., the data is not exported, Infomedia d.o.o. however, the data is effectively and permanently deleted from the application after the client has been warned several times.
How we protect your personal information
We always keep only the essential data. The website is hosted on a secure web server and is subject to regular security checks.
We use your information solely for the purposes set out in this policy and do not market or pass it on to third parties.
We will use your e-mail address exclusively to send your e-newsletters until you receive a unsubscribe and will not pass it on to third parties, except to contractual partners, if this is necessary for the distribution of e-newsletters.
Who can access your personal information

Personal data can be accessed by Infomedia d.o.o. employees and contract employees, who are responsible for marketing and sales, as well as for communication with clients and test users.
The website and application are installed on servers owned by Infomedia d.o.o. and are physically located on the premises of an external collocation provider. The external provider has no right or possibility to access in any way the personal data located on the servers, but the fact that the servers are located on its premises and under its control poses a certain risk to the security of personal data. This risk and the collocation provider’s concern for data security Infomedia d.o.o. regulated by a contract with the collocation provider.
In exceptional cases, we may, in accordance with the law, provide your personal data to state and security authorities if they make a formal request for the transfer of personal data, and they must also state the legal basis for their request.
